motor swap

i was wondering if anyone know how hard it was to swap a 6.0 motor and trans in a 89 blazer. would it be easier to buy a wreaked truck with motor,trans and wiring harness.

I put a 5.3 in a 1987. It was a big job. It runs great but it was alot of work. You will need higher pressure fuel pump as well as new motor mounts. The wiring will be easy if you use an aftermarket harness.
