K. I have a question?
I have a 87 K5 blazer with a 350/700R4/203/205.
I'm just finalizing a deal on a new motor and I'm wondering if I'm going to be able to keep my tranny and t-case combo.
The motor I'm getting is a 454 out of a 87 2wd 1 ton,
My tranny was built up about 2 yrs ago and I had it checked again this year when I had the output shaft chaged for my t-case swap and the guy at the second shop says its in exellent shape even better than ones hes put through his shop
. I don't drive this on the street, I have lots of gearing so I don't think I'll hert the tranny to much ( I hope). I guess what I'm asking is, will my 700 bolt up to a 454?
