Well your gonna need new moter mounts. check out www.500cid.com they sell just about everything youll need to do the swap

I am looking into the same swap too..the link for 500.com is good place to start.You'll need an adapter to bolt it to a chevy tranny,or you can put a 4x4 shaft in the caddy tranny(requires complete dissassembly).I found a website that has details of another swap --this is what printed on the bottom of the page,dont know if its still "up" or not,but a lot of good photos and tips---
