Hey guys, new member and first time posting. I recently bought a 1974 k5 that I plan on building out as a family wheeling vehicle.

I have 2 little ones that would be riding in the back, so I picked up some newer gm third row seats for comfort and seat belts. Also came across some racing Buckets for the front. My question is, can anyone offer advise or ideas on how to mount the front seats without losing access to the rear seat?
I was thinking of fabricating a latching system so that the passenger side can fold for access, but if there's something already available I'd rather go that route.

In my '74, I have a set of Corbeau Baja reclining buckets using their brackets. The seats slide and tilt forward enough to allow full entry into the rear for an adult.

If your buckets are non reclining. You can try using the OEM pass side mounts and fab up a adaptor bracket so it can tilt forward.

The issue is a high back bucket will hit the dash and limits the entry.

The Buckets I have are on sliders but they are high backs. I was browsing online for the oem latch and hinge but didn't see it anywhere. I'll continue to browse for it. Thanks for the response.

The pass side seat brackets have become a rare item these days. They can go anywhere from $100-600 on ebay.
