mounting monitor?

I am going to put in a tv monitor in my k5. I am wondering where to mount it? I was thinking of getting an indash one but dont know if i wanna mount in the stock slot. Where has other people mounted their monitors? Thanks.

Get a flip-down and mount it overhead.

What size monitor are you thinking about? If it's just for the driver to watch then you could get on that mounts in a visor. I've been thinking about getting a 5 to 7 inch monitor and mounting on the top of the dash so that it flips up when in use and is flush mount when not in use. It'll take a bit of work to mount it in the dash but it'd be stealth like. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

i was thinking about getting a 6.5 inch screen. When you say on top are you talking about cutting it out a bit so that when its not in use it sits flush? Thanks.

I was thinking about getting a flip down, but i think it might be hard to wire up a ps2 to it? Im not sure though. But when i do get a monitor i am going to hook up my ps2 to it so that could be my dvd player, since it plays dvds.
