Mounting my amp.

The reason i'm asking is i want to put a amp under the rear seat when i get my k5 and need to know it it'll fit, it is 10.25"W x 2"H x 24"L i just wonder about the 2 inches high, will that be ok while people are sitting there or not? The reason i want this amp is because it's a 5 channel 1000 watt amp and it's cheeper than getting two seperate amps, but it looks like i might have to do that... here is the amp i want.

Looks like pleanty of room under the rear seat in my 76 Blazer. I don't know about when someone is sitting there though.

i would geuss if you had the time and money you could make it so it is hidden in the side panels in the back or you could make a box that bolts to the floor and is locking and put you amp in there, what kind of amp is it?
