Movies from the sand drags...

We went out to the Sand drags again last Friday but I've been so busy starting school I haven't had time to get stuff uploaded.
We were there with a big group and I didn't film as much as I would have liked but I got a few good clips...

If anyone is in the Central Valley area they are running again Friday September, 11th... I'm sure we'll be out there so come join us!

Thanks again Avery. It was nice seeing some of the other races since I was busy in lanes with my blazer. That tan and white blazer is surprising quick.
That race you recorded of me was my squirrelist pass but does not seem to be that bad on video.

According to GoogleMaps you're only about 2.5 hours away... it's worth the trip IMO. Good people, good racing and all for only $10. Plus the food is cheap and better than most track food.

Yeah I noticed you were moving around a little more than usual but it seemed like you were still hooking up well.

I'm still trying to figure out if I can meet you guys for Labor day at the coast. I was thinking I might be able to drive my k3500 over. I can't wheel it but it'll still get me down on the sand without any problems. We'll see how it goes.

this looks like so much fun. When I have the truck finally done I'll have to try and come. I'm in the Clovis area every now and then so it wouldn't be that bad(except for the towing the truck over the Grapevine part)

Nope the truck is in the best shape it's ever been in. I just mean I don't want to go blasting through the dunes in it like I've done in the past. I need to save that for the k10 since it doesn't make a lick of difference if I break it but my crew cab is another story. I need to be able to get to work and school.

Yep, 300 feet. I think your problem is the drivers are going a little bit farther than they should.
