Moving spring perches on 1 ton 14b

I'm getting ready to do this swap and was wondering what the best way to remove was. Thanks

Just a thought, is there any way to avoid moving them? like get a 1 ton shackle flip instead of a 1/2 ton, but what about the front?

grind the welds then use a BFH to knock the perches off. Try not to grind into the tube too much /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

I used a cut off wheel on my grinder, took 20 minutes to do both sides. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I torched them off. I tried using a grinder but it was taking way too long. Took the torch to them and they were off in no time. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

the one ton shackle flip will work but you'll have to relocate your shock mounts
