I've lived here for almost 32 years for a reason. It may get hot, but it's better than snow on your doorstep. At least here you have the option to go TO the cold.

Lived in Phoenix a few times, used to drink beer and play volleyball on the weekends with a bunch of armorer's. These were the nut-jobs that used to duct-tape the bombs to the planes. They used to giggle like crazy about their pratice bombs falling off into the cotton fields, prematurely. These guys were NUTS!! Have fun out there!

I live in Surprise. It is in West Phoenix. It is actually about 45 West of Phoenix. It is close to Luke. If you don’t mind driving an hour to get to Scottsdale or 45 minutes to get to Phoenix then Surprise is the place to live. Since Surprise is going though a building boom you can pick up some very cheap housing right now.
