Mrs Claus came early!

Nice rig man...so how does your better half drop that amount of change on something and you didn't notice for two weeks!?!

lol

Very very nice present!! I love my '05 but just seem to go everywhere too FAST!:D
One thing you may want to look into though, they've had a lot of trouble with the retaining clips on the factory 'anti-spin' diffs causing major failures. Could be worth looking into getting an alternative one. Have a read up on www.dodgetalk.com . I'm going to put a Truetrac in mine 'cause I'm fed up with wearing out one tire!:D
Good luck with your new rig man, you're going to love it!!

It doesn't necessarily take cash, just good credit. :wink1:

Thanks for the heads up SouthernSpeed, that's good to know. :thumb:

How about I sell the sway bar as is and you can throw the truck away? :D

$50 + ride? :haha: :haha:

killer CTD man:bow: i think a programer and twin 6" stack would finish it up nicely ;)

She did buy it at Mark Dodge but ironically it came from your neighborhood - Scott Evans Dodge (or something like that) in Carrollton, Ga.

As soon as I get the crew cab prepped to sell (almost done) I'll be humpin on the K5. I'm ready to be one of you cool kids and do the travelin wheelin thing. :D

saweet! so, are the lift and 35's ordered yet? :D

Man, I wish... I have a huge urge to do that but I doubt I ever will. I did that with my 91 crew cab but then it begins to be another never ending project. :doah:When these tires are done I'll most likely step up to some 33's (no lift) but that's it. :wink1:

Welcome to the Ram Cummins club buddy, it doesn't get any better than that.:pimp:

Don't do the lift and 35's, you can appreciate the way these trucks ride and feel with stock size tires, springs, etc. I just slapped on a set of Welds on some 33's, no lift or anything. It looks really nice, but is just one more step towards exactly what you are talking about. Just a bit more sound from the tires, little bit firmer ride...thats enough for me.

With my Ram, it's all about POWER baby! I nearly giggle to myself everytime I stick my foot into the pedal on the right and it takes off like a rocket from 1600rpm's and pulls like crazy to 3,200, through 4 gears....

So when should we be ordering up a TST Powermax for that thing....:wink1: You never know when you could use an extra spare 197HP and 600ft lbs.:rotfl:

At this point I doubt I'll do any stuff for more power, at 325hp & 610ftlbs she feels pretty good right out of the box. :pimp:

You're right, it's H--U--G--E inside. If anyone is shopping for a Dodge I highly recommend sitting in one, it's like a frickin van in the back. :eek1:

No leather, I really didn't want that. Apparently, the wife has been taking good notes while I've been daydreaming and it's pretty much exactly what I wanted - cloth, 6 disc changer, tow pkg, fancy wheels, bed liner, tow hooks, heated tow mirrors & rear posi. I would really have liked a more basic truck (manual windows/locks, 8' bed, etc) but the MegaCab doesn't come like that.

yep everything seems in order.................but wait you forgot to mention to her.....it was supposed to be a chevy:doah: j/k good job you have trained her well.:haha:

oh come on, programmer and twin 5 or 6" stacks would finish it perfectly. i think dodge is the only truck that stacks look good on.

So

Its even more fun with another gear, like his 6 speed!

Eh, you guys with your sticks, just way too slow for me. I'm a spool up the turbo once kind of guy.:p: :wink1:

That is Fricken sweet man. I have been eye balling the mega cabs since I sold the Duramax. The only thing I don't like about the Dodge's or the Fords is the interior. Seems like they haven't changed them in years. I like to feel like I am in a cock pit.
Anyways, real nice truck. Next time I am down can you take me for a spin in it?
