well i went out this weekend and tried to start my truck and it just cranked and cranked and come to find out i had no fire

i got to checking all my connections and checked everything in the distributer and everything checked out ok so i put the old module back in and hooked up the wires on the cap and vrrrroooom it fired up

im so mad, i guess my msd took a crap, what should i do to get it fixed, do i have to send it to msd or do you think a race parts store could fix it, i highly doubt it if i can do something to fix it, i only know how to connect wires

PAckage it up, send it to el paso and for $35 they will send you a refurbished or new one. At least they have for me before. Call them.

My 6A took a dump on me too recently and summit said it was covered cuz it was older than a year. I still think there is something I can do about it but until then I just dropped in a HEI dizzy in it's place.

yeah i will try and call msd and see what can be done, i just liked the extra spark due the the 11 to 1 compression im runnin for safety issues, i doesnt like to hit 6500rpm now as it starts missin out as before with the msd my shift point was at 7200 and didnt miss a heartbeat so i def need to get it fixed but for now i will just lower my shift point to about 5500 to 5800 and hopefully i can get it fixed or ill just go to buy another lol, i bought it at autozone damnit why me why me
