Mt. Shasta

Well, my bro and I are gonna climb Mt. Shasta next weekend. I tried it once before but got within a few hundred feet of Helen Lake and could go no further due to altitude sickness. I was way out of shape to even try summiting it though. So hopefully this time around I'll have a better chance.

Has anyone climbed it? I remember someone here said they did. Any tips-n-tricks? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

That is why I have 4wd. Best of luck on the hike. Hiking is not for me.
