Anyone done a swap with some other caliper that will work with the stock brackets? Something with 2+ pistons?

hmmm that would mean different t case if i went with a ford axle. what tcase are you running?

why more pistions ?

my k30 with single front stock 60 brakes and 3/4 ton calipers on rear with hydro boost would lockup my 38" tires no problem and stop on a dime and give change back.

and if you go more pistions you will prob have to upgrade the master for more flow volume.

not looking into doing, just curious more or less. only reason i am curious is because I was sitting at work watching tv (home audio/video store) and chip foose was customizing a cadi xlr and was using brembo 6 piston calipers :D

if i can ever find the time and money to get back to work on the truck, the calipers im using on my project franken axle will have the rear calipers from a 2000 GMC 2500. DIH parking brake, and huge dual piston calipers. in theory, it will be money.

Kert made some dual caliper brackets for 14FF's some time back. I have a picture of it but I don't think he even makes them anymore.
