Just thought I'd post a photo of my favorite gun that I own

My grandfather sent it back from the war. I've been doing a little research on it lately and found they were only made in germany from the late 30's through mid 40's. Extremely accurate gun.

they made a similar model that was dubbed a training rifle. My grandfather told me as they swept through captured European towns during the war they would sieze all the guns and pile them into the backs of trucks. He said he picked this one out of a pile and shipped it home in pieces. He said they would use guns including this one as sniper rifles.

fairly interesting as the rear sight is slide adjustable from 0 -> 200Meters
