how is it holding up??

Really good except for 1 glitch:

Apparently the 4 bolts that hold the 205 to the adapter aren't quite enough (at least with the NWF adapter) You need to use the factory (or a custom) mount to support the weight of the drop-side of the transfer case. I learned this on day 2 of a 7 day wheeling trip when the 205 fell off :eek1: A few bolts, a ratchet strap and some wire and I was able to make it through the last 5 days of the trip without any other problems.

So my next step is to get that bracket put back in :D

Thank you for posting this, I figured it may be a problem but you confirmed it for me.
 
I did not see any pictures of the clocking ring that you used but if it was one of the first generation of NWf rings they have an issue with breaking the feet off if you don't support the 205. I had the same thing happen. I thought I had it supported and apparently I did not. The new design is a lot better but I would still support it. That support from Copperhead Fab was built for my doubler. I wheeled it last weekend and it worked well.
