I thought i would jump on the build thread wagon, so i can document all my progress, here are some pic's of my rig. They are in no order since i did not take any pictures of i before it was lifted. Right now i have an all spring 6" tc lift,35" super swaper ssr's, an ord frame brace, removed all the carpet and had the floor sprayed in linex and i trimed the fender's to for bigger tires in the future. It's not much to brag about but it's all i have got done so far.

uninstalled part's that i have :haha:

ord 4" shackle flip
diy4x 4" rear shackle
tc 52" rear 2" lift sring's (for a 6" lift in the rear)
weld in frame repair kit (frame is not broken just for extra strength)
warn locking hubs for a 10 bolt

Then i have a set of 3/4 ton axles im gonna swap in. I thought this might motivate me to start wrenching on this thing
i have almost saved enough to get the 14 bolt ff rebuilt.

Looks good. Im going in that same direction here when I get out of school.

For those rivets, we ground the heads off like you did and then used an air chisel between the braket and the frame. Popped em right off.

Make sure you put extended stainless steel brake lines on your list. Yours is about to break off!

The truck is on jack stands the highlift is not suporting the truck, its just for extra saftey.

I thought this truck looked familiar, I saw it cardomain also. I didn't notice that you already had some sway bar disco's until i saw the pics on this site, definitely makes a huge difference in flexability.

Nice rig again!

I did not put my degree shims back in when i swaped my new springs in.
I torqued my u bolts to 80 ft lbs. I torqued my shackle flip to 45 lbs, And i do plan on geting stainless steel exended brake lines. Here is a pic of the pinon angle. And also my new wheels came in today 15x8 8 on 6.5 ,2.5" bs.
