Other than exterior, and front clip, what did you do to it? Just curious.

The exterior looks great, two thumbs up from me. I like the look of those cowl hoods too.

i changed the doors, b/c i found some better GM doors...(more work there than ya think)..i converted from power doors to manuals

i completely stripped down the truck...fenders off, front clip off..etc..changed tailgates....and did about 1/2 of the body work

now i'm taking off the 8" superlift susp lift, and puttin on a 6" skyjacker, so i can then put on my new eagle polished rims, and my new pro comp mud terain 35's:o

I hope to have mine that shiny soon! Very nice. Can you give some details on the paint job (who, how much, etc....).

who..guys name is ed wilfong, he's been doing this since before i was born
how much?...i'm afraid to say....lots...materials cost me $1,200...i cant beleive how much stuff has went up here:mad:

its PPG chroma base "pitch black"...it was wet sanded, buffed and hand glazed...it turned out pretty decent, not bad:crazy:

In the same boat - getting the Blazer painted (buffed so many times the paint is gone). Thought about getting the bumpers powder coated but that would be ridiculous even though it is nice. Put the bumpers on so I could actually bump or push stuff without hurting the body. If I powder coat than I wouldnt want to do that :doah:

I am looking at quotes for about $1800 for a base/clear in black with extra clear.

You know any good sealers or waxes that would help ease the friction of sliding branches?? Manzanita is terrible out here :eek1:

Damn nice looking pickup. Brings back a few memories.
