My build up79 blazer to a 70 cab

I used the harness out of the 79 blazer. Anything is possilbe.

How about physically? Did you end up swapping firewalls? I wonder if it would be possible/easier to swap the firewall/dash or "make it fit".

If anything I would cut out that part of the 88 firewall and graft it to the 70. I left the 70 cab alone other then the steering column hole and rockers.

...and trans tunnel, no?

well yeah but the truck was a 2wd and you try sticking a 465+ doubler under a 2wd tunnel. besides you want me to remember back over a year ago.:doah:

Heh heh, yeah I know. I'm gonna try a 400 and I'd like to use a 208, but the 46"s will kill it, so I'll use a 205. I don't believe in doublers, I'm a weight-hater. I'm gonna be geared way high though. Have to see how it goes. Maybe I'll get even better at 2footin'.

Got any more pics of yer cage? Where do the inverted V tubes in front of the windshield go after they pass thru the hood?

Thanks

I dont have any other pics, but this might give you an idea.
