My buildup is done, more or less...

Branndon's post about cutting his fenders made me want to post some pics :P

It "only" took 3+ years to finish building the bastard... Sorry for the crappy pics, I'll get some better ones this weekend. I took these a few weeks ago but keep forgetting to get some during the day. It turned out smaller than I was expecting, but that's kind of a good thing since it's still fairly tall.

Final touches are this weekend, Air/Fuel gauge to help get it tuned right and some heat protection to keep from roasting the interior.

Next weekend, ummm, 13th-15th. It's primarily an ATV run, but my brother really wants me to bring the truck so he's helping me get the kinks worked out so it can be there.

I have no qualms with scratching and denting it, I only painted it because it was a butt-ass ugly homebrew two-tone and my wife hated it even worse. I'm not so sure that I'll be jumpin on the "hack all the body panels off because they have some dents" bandwagon very soon though. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

You bet, just need a rollcage and some sliders before tackling anything like that. Not to mention a dozen or so trips to easier locales to make sure that everything works like it's supposed to.
