I see:
3 kicker shocks (stabilizers) on each rear above the u-bolts= 6
+12 shocks on top of rear end= 18
+4 steering stabilizers (2 on top under crossmember, 2 on bottom on axle)= 22
8 shocks on front end= 30 total shocks.
I think you are not seeing the 4th stabilizer under the crossmember. Take another look and you will see it up there.
