My CUCV is leaning

It's never been perfectly level, but it's like 1" difference left to right. Nothing is obvious to me as the cause. I can't see where the body is rotted through enough to cause the problem, plus the bumper and frame is leaning anyway. The cab and box are even. There is one broken leaf on the rear (out of 8 plus big fat bottom one). Could that be enough? It's also leaning toward the fuel tank side, so that can't help matters. The whole left side seems to be leaning equally. No flat tires. Any suggestions what to look for?

This is after I hauled a heavy load of brick pavers.
 
Get that broken leaf fixed or out of there ASAP, the u-bolt won't be tight with it in there and things are liable to move.

Past that, it's pretty typical, it's an old truck that's been used that isn't build on the most stout platform ever. The body and frame move and change a lot with age.
