ok i posted about two weeks ago , that i got a new truck dont . I got a 90 k2500 to tow my Trail rig.

Well here is what i have done to it interested in suggestions

Driver Upper Ball Joint
Needs Pass Upper
Idler Arm
Pit Man Arm
Both Inner Tie Rod Ends
Alignment cams.
and new starter as well as new pass lower ball joint.

so i just put a powere steering pump on it as it had none and got a belt to fit it. I know i got screwed i traded my nice dd 94 dakota for this worthless pos

the motor runns good , and trans shifts fine 4x4 works needs 1 front shaft u joint.

i just replaced the feed and return lines to the tbi yesterday as well as a new fuel filter . also i bought new tires for the truck

33x12.5/R15 BFG at's at my cost at the shop with roadhazard.

so currently i have about 1200 into this truck and it is still a pos . it is now doing a thing where it cranks and cranks but no fire . it has all but fuel thus replacing the lines no help it has fuel flow but neither injector sprays.

ok so i am not really looking for an i tolf you so here i have heard it enough.

what i am wondering is if the fuel pump pumps has fuel y no spray.

my dad decided to buy a new car tonight so now i pretty much own his 01 GMC Sierra with 120k on it.
he got new car so i get his old and can tow with it so yeah now what do i do with this 90 k2500 do i sell it as whole do i part it (not my parents liking) currently it is at my work national tire and battery and i got a 190 dollar tow bill for being stranded and 4 hrs late for work . anybody want this thing it ran like a top but now i dunno .

oh i forgot i went to indiana to drop off taxes and it seems to start after a long sit but now i burned out starter trying to get it to fire. how do i get rid of it?

Check your pickup coils restance and have you ignition modual check at autozone both of theses things are common to go bad on the higer milage TBI engines and both are a pretty easy fix. The starting after the long sit makes it seem like a pick up coil issue i had the same problem with my 1993 s-10

so more suggestions how much to spend

oh the 01 is a GMC Sierra K1500
Ext Cab SHort Bed Green it is nice i likes alot tho it needs to get rid of the girly cab on it tho.

will somebody offer like 1100 so i can never see it again i am just so frusterated got 6 cars at home so it needs to go and i really dont have means to part it unless it is worth my while.

must be nice for daddy to just give you his truck. you might want to try posting this in the proper forum, since it has obviously turned into a For Sale thread.

i told you what i thought your problem was, did you try it?

you dont want to sink any money into it to fix it? get out your fairy dust...

well i tried plugs wires ,etc
but with no fuel leaving at the injectors i kinda wonder if it is bad throttle body?

do you have injector pulse? did you try the ignition module, like i told you to? remember, mine did the same kind of thing, replaced the module, and it never did it again.

i think that he means that the truck is on loan to him, untill he can get something that will be more reliable for him;)

the ECM B fuse is in the fuse box. It defently sounds like a pick up coil/ ignition modual issue. The throttle body will not fire unless it is getting a refrence signal that the engine is cranking and if you have a bad moduan or pickup coil that will cause no fuel also

ok can a moderator send this to for sale want to buy section i need this truck gone asap willing to let go for 550 it will not run and one of the fitting is crakced on the tb any questions call my cell 815 274 4680 i replaced starter ,cap, rotor ign module , plug wires etc i just need this darn thing gone
