i decided i was tired of the sagging doors so i bought hinge pin repair kits and install them.It was a learning experience.

first thing before you leave the part store open the package of the repair kit.
make sure the bushings actually fit the pins.(cheap Taiwan crap didn't fit its own pin) and just because get another set of bushings, they tend to shatter if you don't get them just right.

its easier to pull the door panel off undo the wiring and pull the door,
but before you pull the door mark the hinges with a sharpy or scrib them really well.

instead of buying the install tool just use a bolt 2 washers and a nut works better. I had to cut the pin in half to get it out the factory put some kind of
crimp in the pin so you cant pull them without cutting when they are original.
i dont know if you can see it in this 2 pics

when you install the new bushings before you try to put the pin in make sure it slides in and out of the bushing or it will shatter.

i used a engine hoist and some rope to support the door when i pulled it.
i did this by myself.

when you put the new pin in hammer it in with care or you will chip the paint
(ask me how i now) and it should seat all the way flush with the hinge after you beat it in

now its the fun part of putting the door back on, p.i.t.a. when you are by yourself.

I cheated when I re hung my doors... I had the front clip off so I could shut the door and get it lined up and tighten a few bolts down to hold and check every thing. but mine is still in non running project status:popcorn:

I used this video as a nice reference guide:
