My doubler question...

I'll probably just purchase them then. Thanks for the help Stephen, ORD RULES /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

the big snap ring pliers is a must for an easy time doing it. i rebuilt my np-203 while installing the doubler and the snap ring's are all over the thing. i did mine with small one's but it was a pain.
now i am just waiting for my np-205 from ord. i have been waiting for it 9 weeks now. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif but i have found many other things to take up my time with the never ending blazer project. /forums/images/graemlins/grind.gif /forums/images/graemlins/weld.gif /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif
my 77 blazer is now in pieces in the neighbors yard and mine as i rebuild the whole thing. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

How big of ones should I get, is there a certain measurement or something? Or just the BIGGEST one I can get?

The biggest you can get is probably pretty open ended, but I don't have any other info for you as to a specic size, I can tell you the handles on the right size will be about 14" long, give or take. There's also compound leverage models, etc. There's a lot to choose from.

He is already getting a 32 spline NP205 and just needs to convert the rear output from slip yoke to fixed yoke. Although I dont think it should cost $350.

?
A rear output conversion would run $240 give or take a little since we have only new shafts left now, or take apart a solid output 205 and use the parts. You canucks can probably buy the whole 205 cheap enough to do that, but you always take a chance with the output shaft condition.
