Has anyone seen this before? (how the gasket is streched)
I don't think I forced the gaskets like that to rip it, its odd how the holes are elongated. Right now I can only think of heat expansion causing this.

Yup, looks like it to me as well, and maybe the surfaces weren't perfectly cleaned and smooth before applying the gaskets?
(thats just a guess though)

Ditto....you didn't RTV the coolant ports along with the gasket? I've done that on all the motors I've worked on before. (5)

Looks like you used the end rubber gaskets as well, MAN those suck,,,literally

Don't go crazy but if you want it to be sealed up use rtv on everything... intake ports, water ports, and where you used the black rubber gaskets(front and back of the block).
I use it on both sides of the gasket...

Thats the part number dart gave me, oh well.
go get new set. open box then throw out end seals. use black rtv on neds 1/4" thick. apply the red tack&seal from locktite/permatex to the intake ports. and use small amount of black at coolent ports.
