Apparently ive still got water coming in the cab of my K5.

I have no idea how its getting in, but I found a wet spot on the drivers floor just below where the power window wires go thru a grommet of the body (and no, its not from there) It seemed to be concentrated in that area. My next step is to pull the dash and wet the outside and see if I can follow it down.

The water leak seems to be too far back to be from the windshield area, but anything is possible

But in the mean time, anyone else have this same problem?

heater core or the hose clamps under the hood for the heater lines are bad
hole in the heater hose right at the fire wall can do it to

Hmmmm.

Wing window is possible, but I would think it would leak into the door first. My guesses are: Cowl/firewall leak, the little vacuum actuated vent door behind the kick panel, or your door weatherstripping isn't sealed/adhered to the cab and water is running down the seam and running to the inside at the kick panel. The last one could be easily checked with a garden hose.

You may be right. Its entirely possible it'd just go right down in the door. Just throwing out a suggestion. I don't think i've ever had a real good wing window seal so it popped into my head as a possible culprit.
