will your roll bar fit in a 1990 chevy blazer ?
I don't know for sure. I don't know anyone locally that has one to test fit it. Would measurements of the bar work? Shipping on that would be KILLER.

Can you give me some info on the 700r4?
What are you wanting to know? It's stock, ran about 8 months ago fine. Everything is complete, I can take ony of the linkage off and/or include them if you want.

Basically is it still good? miles? tc with it? O and it 4x4 correct?
I can't say whether it'll work or not, it's been sitting for a while. TC can come with it and it's for a 4x4, specifically the 208 that's still on it.
