sorry...it didn't help at all...im not sure why i typed that. pulling the 02 sensors didn't help.

sled dog- whay would cause it to kind of redline at 3k???? another issue is that if i unhook a plug wire(randomly) it runs just the same, even under load.....i pulled all the plugs again to check and recheck gap and they're all right....and made sure of all wire connections. could the cam sensor be telling it to run this way, or could an exhaust valve be stuck open somewhere causing the fuel to come out the tail pipe?????

Well, Here's The Deal Guys....i Just Unhooked The Battery For 15minutes And It Runs Like A Champion. The Comp. Must Have Known Sometihg Was Up.

The Old Coil Was Bad Because When I Hooked A Spark Plug Tester Light In Line Between The Plug And Wire(with All New Plugs And Wires) Two Of Them Weren't Firing At All, And If They Did, It Was Very Very Faint. No Biggie. Anyways, All In All It Cost Me About 150bucks For New Plugs And Wires(best On Market) And An Ignition Coil.

Glad to hear you found it. Yea, never thought to reset the KAM(Keep Alive Memory). It learned to live with the bad coil as much as it could until it couldn't anymore.
