My GRILL LIGHTS write up

I had a couple ppl PM me about the lights I stuck in my grill. They fit in the air intake duct spots on the rad. core support. The lights are a THIN 4" 55watt I got from discount auto. There is enuff space between the lights and the grill that the heat doesnt effect the grill or melt it. Ive had these lights for over a year now. My grill was already kinda broken so im replaceing it as soon as LMC gets me my new one. lol. So I pulled part of the grill outa the way for the photo opt.

ANyways, I only had to drill one hole. It was just below the Ducting hole for and "L" bracket for the lights to mount onto. The rest is kinda self explanatory. Any questions feel free to ask.

For entertainment factor, i got a WIGWAG switch from GALLS and hooked up the lights to it. The video shows the lights in action.

Man thats pretty neat, how did you tie the lights into the headlight relay, or are they a seperate circut? either way they look good

I have them wired seperately. Diff. switch, relay, etc. They work really well as "FILL" light, they seem to have a wider range and clearer light than the factory ones. I guess you could wire them in, but I like the idea of being able to turn off ALL my lights and still have some forward ones.

Naw, never did. The main reason I got it was for hurricane evac. If I need to get the hell out of here, I dont want to be monkeying around. When I redid my wiring (the correct way, lol) I took the WigWag switch out. I may put it back in, not sure.

That was the first edition , the 2nd version was foam.

so a pattern would be

another pattern is just the left right lights
