Wanted to share some pics of my home-made 1966 chevy blazer.
She was a 66' chevy longbed 2 WD and has been in my family since it came off the showroom floor. It has been in several accidents, one of which demolished the entire front clip.
This was the first vehical I ever drove (other than a tractor). The first engine I rebuilt was in the truck (when I was 8 years old). A lot of other firsts happened in the truck, but I will leave those to your imagination.
Here is how she looked about 5 years ago
after I put her on a 85 chassis and added 3/4 running gear.
Here she is after a grueling year and a half of parts collection and raiding my savings account. (pre-cage)
Converted her to a full off top Blazer, doved tail rear and family cage, 3 seater currently, with 404 portals. DIY B52 in the front, 56" rears (inboarded below the frame), divorced NP205, SM465, slightly better than stock 350 {still carberated}, 38 TSL/SX's (needs bigger tires) Final crawl ratio ~98:1, max speed ~40mph lol...
This last one is a pic of her streating hert legs....
