Just joined up on the site. I have had my blazer for around 10 years it’s a 1989 4 speed transmission, 35” tires has a generic 4”lift springs/blocks. Over the years I have rebuilt the axles, drivelines, installed 4.10 gearing, lockers front and rear just recently installed a new crate GM 350 TBI. Added ORD’s quick release/relocation sway bar brackets. Installed a Tahoe 3rd row seat for the kids an awesome upgrade by the way. Fabed up a front bumper with a winch working on the rear tire carrier.

Just recently I placed a order through ORD on a front coil over set up and cross over steering with there custom spring set up for the rear going with a 4” lift 12” travel coil overs and I know I know there going on the 10 bolt axles the truck is used mostly for a light/moderate trails mostly after a comfortable ride with the potential of getting down when I need it to . I am a welder by trade and fabricate a lot of industrial equipment for work but this will be my first time installing a link set up I do realize they have all the geometry and hard stuff figured out which is a reliever but have never messed with the set up of coil overs and most of all of my questions I’ll have are probably already answered on previous threads but if there’s any tips/advice I will very much appreciate it. Will definitely be chiming in when the install starts. Things are back ordered like crazy In these times.

Also let me know what other info you would like about the Rig if need be.

Hell yeah, let’s see some pics of the rig!

I am not sure if this is frowned upon to share? but I basically went off of Merricks garage seat brackets and used his style and made my own. I used 1/4”flat strap and 3/8” 2x2 tabs with 1/2” round stock , using the existing bolt holes and latch bars for mounting. I need to pull out the brackets and round the corners off of the plate and tabs for the final finish. 5E3476B4-87F5-44AA-9766-0CEFA15663CC.jpeg9083425E-3F45-437D-B301-865ED1D98D2B.jpeg57D27A02-35B7-4DDB-8429-9FAD6DE86D2A.jpeg

Especially when you give credit to where you got the idea, like you did @Az Blazen. Even if it's the same thing someone else did, it's good to see how a different person gets it done. Sometimes there might be a bit of a difference in the execution or something that needs tweaked. Also, you may have a picture that gives a better angle on something.

It's all information and I think pretty much everyone here thirsts for more of that.
