I wouldn't mind the blank panel they have and cut it for 9 gauges.
only got about $50 in mine so far, not including the man hours.

Yes but you still haven't told us how thick the aluminum is that you are using.
that is still $260.00, but I am starting to think it might be worth it!!

I thought I did way bay in here somewhere, anyway it is 1/8" thick 5051.
How did you bend it? Did you use a box and pan brake?
laid it on the edge of the bench and clamped angle iron across it and just bent it up by hand. 5051 is easy to work with and at 1/8" it bends easy. To be honest the bending of it was the easiest part of this project.
