BlueKnight,
I checked out your site. Nice K5 man! I was wondering if you could tell me some more about the speakers you have in the doors. I have a 78, and was thinking of doing something like that, but haven't had much luck in finding speaker pods or anything. Thanks for the help in advance.

I purchased it at 4 wheel parts. They kept trying to talk me into the quickair 2 compressor but I stood my ground and went with the quick air 1 . It only pulls 12 amps max where the quick air 2 pulls over 40 amps. The tank is sold seperately also. took all day to install it. especially since they switch ground to turn it on and we switch hot to turn it on. After a couple of relays we were good to go. Runs my 3/8 and 3/4 impact nicely.

The Pods you see are custom made out of wood, bondo and chicken wire. See in a blazer its hollow in the doors and 8" woofers when they would hit a bass note would nearly rip out the littler speakers. So the 8" are in there own enclosure and the other speakers are in there own boxes to. It took quite a few days to build them and two days to upholster them.

I have a ton of work to do. Mt wife wants to shoort some more pictures with her posing in all kinds of outfits and such, need to get the stereo put back in it for the summer to. clean up some the wiring and get the power plant in and posted to the site to.

Dan, you had your mouse for sale, right? Let me know if you still have it, when you want to move it, and the specs on it.......such as is it a 330 hp version, or what have you put into it. My 406 SB has developed a bit of a rod knock and will probably need to do something with it, but will wait till I move back to Portland. So let me know, maybe it can work for both of us.

PS - I have an IROC TPI unit on it that has to have the "new" type heads, so let me know if you have them. If not, I could always get the Vortec heads........
