Suggest something other than SS buttonheads if you're going to use that part. SS BHCS are made from 18-8 otherwise known as 304 alloy. Basically a Grade Zero bolt. Not that you need a lot of strength there, but they also won't resist being mashed by rocks very well either.
Perhaps some of ARP's reduced head 6 or 12 points in SS? At least then if they get mashed you'll have something that the Vice-Grips can grab onto.

Oh yea, looks cool! I like the look of brushed SS myself.
