my new shifter knob lol

5 speed knob + black tape = 4 speed knob

:D

I always thought the pineapple grenades were pretty cool. If i ran a stick, I think I'd drill and tap an old 1480 ujoint. They fit nicely in my hand and it would constantly remind my buddy why he's riding shotgun instead of driving his Cherokar.

Metal shift knobs suck. They get cold like down to the core then you gotta grab them...

Trail gear knobs are the best. Just gotta weld a metric bolt to you shifter stick.

yea i like those black knobs on there stumpjump, those things look pretty high quality.

i cant imagine having to big of and issue with a cold shifter knob i mean my hands only on it for a second to shift and i mean ill just have my heat on

That looks like the WFO knob. Wonder who owns the design to it?

Could always do what I plan on putting in the Bug. Or something like it, could put anything you want in there.

That's inspirational.

Last thing I need is a sobriety test every time I get pulled over for a smashed taillight lol

Here's one that will get a pistol in your face every time a cop talks to you :haha:

I saw that. But whats it for? The shift pattern is different than the 465.

None of these fancy knobs have L-1-2-3-R...

I've seen more than a few rigs that have an 8 ball from a billards set tapped and threaded. Usually seen em used on the t-case shifter

I always liked the Hurst or B&M shifters myself.

I'd love to find an NOS 465 shifter knob (the heavy one) someday....
