So after about 6 months of not buying any rigs and saving virtually all the money I've made in the last 6 months that didn't go to essentials , I took my Girlfriend back to MN to meet my folks and to scope out the spot for my new house and shop. well I went on a spending spree thank god patty is patient with me !!

Is all that gonna fit in your luggage? :D

So what was your criteria for buying something? If it ain't moving, i'm buying it? Seriously, what are the plans?

Rene

hahahaha!!! beleive it or not they all run and operate just fine!!!

The 2 D8's are both runners the one is with out the blade is hooked to a cable scraper and the the other has a Cable operated blade . both will be used in Building my the road to my new house and preparing the house and shop site as well as building a lake .

The Peterbilt is a good runner with a KTA1150 Cummins and a 13-spd and 4.30 gears with lockers . its will pull my old end dump trailer to haul gravel

The International R-190 is getting a 5 yard bed put on it as we speak for hauling rock and dirt where the end dump isn't practical

The Dueces........I just wanted them and the price was right lol.

John Deere Skidsteer, for general work around the new place . ( got it Drug Auction very Cheap low hours)

the 2 burbs are gonna be combined into one at some point but for now I'll drive the 98 as is

and the little 83 1/2 ton will be run around truck !!

I have over 3 miles off driveway to build and its in some nasty terrain lots of ups and downs the Old D8's would be comparable in working strength to a newer D5 or D6 should be fun too!!

3 miles of driveway? Did you buy the whole state? Holy sh1t...:yikes:

Keeping it clear in the winter outght to be real fun. :haha:

My Dad,his 3 brothers, and my Grandpa Restore old equipment especially the late 40's early 50's Cat Dozers .

I got both tractors and the cable scraper ready to run for 5000 they said they needed to thin the herd lol

the R190 and dump bed I paid 1000.00 to my grandfather

the 3 deuces and 2 more parts dueces were 3200 from my uncle Karl

the Peterbilt was a trade with my Dad for my Sportsmen 700 and 500 bucks

the White burb was 1500 at auction the copper burb was free from my dad as long as got it out of his yard

and the little red 1/2 ton was 3100 from my Dad

LOL no I Inherited 60 acres from my great uncle years ago and we just bought another 40 from my uncle we have easment through county land to get to it about 1/2 mile of it will actually be on my land So once the road is built to spec the county will take over responsibilty for the road . but the nice thing is my place is bordered by national forest on 2-sides so and the rest is county so no worries about neighbors lol

I think I'll put a big plow on one of the dueces for doing the driveway

What are you going to school for?? I know lots of people there
