I realized I never have posted and picks of my truck so here we go. Yesterday I picked ap a 14 bolt full floater a Dana 60 rear and a Danna 44 front 8 lug freshly upgraded and rebuilt. This Blazer has all stock axles 12" of lift so the first question is do I use the Dana 60 for the rear or the 14 bolt still have plans on finding a Dana 60 for the front either way. As far as the Dana 44 thats going in one of my other Blazers with which ever rear axle I don't use for this rig.

The 14 bolt is way stronger in every way and if its from a 3/4 ton it will bolt right up to your truck.

The dana 60 rear will be much more work for an axle that's not much stronger than the 10 bolt that's in there.

Thank you! I have been kicking it back and forth and yes you guys are right the 14 bolt would be the best choice I was thinking I could change the spline which seems to be the weak point in the Dana but I will just go with the 14 bolt instead. The Dana's are going to go under my 86 with some 38's I have set aside This rig I will beef up all the way besides I will probably swap out these tires for some 44's.
