Here are some pics of my K5, please look at the one of the wheelwell and the room around the tire. There is 4.5"'s on either side (pic is deceptive) at the closest points (bottom of the fender) and 8"'s from the top of the top to the fender.

I currently have 31x10.5x15's on, and am deciding between 33x10.5x15 and 35x12.5x15's, leaning towards the former as I'm sure they will fit. Given the space does anyone think 35's will fit?

For now I'm keeping the 10 bolts, planning on No-Slips or Spartans front and rear, maybe chromoly shafts in the rear (if that seems necessary).

From all I've read the 33's should do fine, not sure about 35's.

Thx for any help.

I think anything bigger then that will rub...

My old k-10 with no lift, all stock, but a bit rusty had several sets of tires on it over the years. The fenders on it were rusted more than yours and gave it more room for tires to fit. I had 33-12.50-15 and it didnt rub, but never took it off road in the rocks just fireroads. I had 31-10.50-15's on it for a while and it seemed best for all around driving and it never rubbed anything. The 35-12.50-15 goodyear mt i ran with with no lift but they rubbed even after some heavy trimming. Ive also ran 36-12.50-15 tsl's with no lift and the fenders got cut back to the firewall, tossed the inner fenderwell's, and I shaved the firewall smooth to make tires fit especially when in the rocks.

I say 33-10.50-15 would be best but it might require minor trimming on the rear of the fender when turning lock to lock offroad while being flexed out. YMMV.

have 33's on mine and don't rub it's stock suspension to that is worn

Its an old thread, but look up stevoandaredk5's thread.... He had 35's on a stock blazer.
