Well, my '78 K10 has started flexing on flat ground since my last little wheeling trip, and i didn't even do anything extreme.

One the one side it looks like it has about 6" lift and the other side looks about 2" of lift. The axle is also tilted so the tires are lookin like my camber's really terrible or something like an IFS frontend would be.

I've looked around and everything seems fine. WTF is going on here?!

Just has 4" lift blocks in the back, everything else unaltered.

Sounds like broken diff housing or frame damage...but X2 on pic's!!!

I would take a very close examanation of the leafs on the side thats sagging. Look for small fractures next to the blocks. Then remove them and put in lift springs.

since removing my swaybar my truck leans to which ever side has a full gas tank. Need to see pictures of yours though.

check the body mounts too. it almost sounds like they ripped out on one side and it's sagging. you probably would have heard or felt that though.

Seeing that the tire/axle is tilted means its not the suspension. First, none of your tires are flat right?

After that its probably a broken knuckle or center section. Either should be very obvious when you look under the front of the truck.

I know a kid that let his truck sit for four months because he thought the fuel pump was bad. He finally conned me into helping him replace the pump and the first thing I checked was the tank and sure enough there was no fuel in it.

The fuel gauge didn't work so he went off of mileage. Thing was the speedo was hit or miss too, so even though he only had "100 miles" on this tank it didn't occur to him that when the speedo didn't work it wasn't putting miles on the truck :haha:

Always check the easy stuff first ;)

i'd check for broken leaves in your springs. you might have to undo your u bolts to see, but it'll be worth it to find out.

Broken leaves won't make the tires look like the camber is way off.

If the tires are obviously angled in, its tire, axle or knuckle.
