I know these trucks tend to sag in the booty, but I've never heard of a 4" kit coming with 5.5" rear blocks. I am less than excited about blocks that tall.:(

According to the parts list this is correct.???

Call the place you got them from and ask. I have ordered 4" lift springs and received 6". I have ordered 4" and received 2". Hope you truck is not apart like mine was the first time it happened.

actually, I lifted the front already. Turned out great, then I opened the box with the big arsed blocks.:eek1: I called the place and the guy said he'll look into it tomorrow. I may have to throw them in temporarily because I sure dont plan on lowering the front back down.

I'm hoping they send me the correct blocks and u-bolts next day or something. I should have opened everything up before the bolts started flying.

usually a 4" kit comes with 3.5 blocks and 5.5" blocks are for a 6". Maybe you got 6" springs too?

No. I checked with the vendor and he told me that tuff country now ships 5.5" blocks with the kit because of the notorious sag. However, in my application the rancho shocks I bought(from a different vendor) and almost fully extended at ride height. Not too happy.

I am gonna get a 4" shackle flip and maybe zero rates. I dont want those big blocks in there.

thats nuts. Can't believe tuff country would do that, either that or the vendor is sniffing clue

the parts list from tuff country confirms that 5.5" blocks come with the 4" kit. The vendor was willing to send me a set of 4" blocks but I doubt I'll use them.

my previous experience with Tuff Country and their products left me less than satisfied.

No way I'd run a block over 2".

Just install a 1" zero-rate under the front springs and call it done. Use the block you have.

Superlift sent me a 3 inch block to stack on top of my 2 inch stock block. This was on a 2000 Ford pickup. :doah:
