I have a 2WD Suburban (C2500).

In the fuse panel there is a slot named "4WD".

This slot has contacts, a 25A fuse, and voltage running to it.

What is this circuit supplying power to?

Might help to know what year burb? If it's a later burb I would suspect it being a fuse for the electric shift 4wd solenoid being that it's a 25A fuse.

I'm gonna make a guess and say its the '94 in his sig line. I can certainly understand it having a 4wd fuse slot, but not why there would be a fuse in it, being as its a 2wd........

I would venture to guess he is not the original owner and the PO probably used the previously open fuse slot to power an accessory of some sort.....maybe an amp?:dunno:
