n00b question - bench bleeding clutch

I just picked up a factory clutch pedal assembly w/ all hydraulics from a junk yard this morning and even though everything's still connected, I still want to make sure it's properly bled. I've never bench bled anything and I'm not sure how to do it, and searching really didn't help me much.

A step by step how-to would be very helpful
