I hate to admit it but I call my K5 a bronco sometimes

So do my wife and friends. I'v owned both full size and early broncos So It really doesn't bother me much. As long as no one calls it a POS

I just sold my Blazer and bought a Suburban. Sometimes I call the Sub a "the Blazer". Opps.

Sure your Durango can go any place I can go, (if I hook a strap to it).

personally i hate it when people call my truck "the burb", if you're gonna shorten the name, call it "the sub". (it sounds cooler) what really gets me mad is when people say " is that a four wheel drive?" don't you just wanna slap them?

people that get good mileage aren't having any fun!

I guess some people just dont know ANYTHING about cars.. I get asked "is that 4wd??" when standing right infront of my lifted truck. someday im gonna answer: nah I just carry a spare dana44 under there for my health... now if it was IFS 4wd, I might understand. but come on. the hubs, lift, axle, and t-case shifter dont GIVE IT AWAY? maybe Ill enter the next offroad competition as a 2wd and see if anyone notices..

My friends call mine, "The big red machine" That's cool. :O)

Red 1989 GMC Suburban SLE V1500 - TBI 350, 700R4 w/ shift kit, Quad-shock front, 31/10.50/15 Pro Comp MT, 4.10 gears, Duals off cat

my friends know its 4wd and to annoy me they call it a bronco, but most of them thought that shift was the tranny shifter and it was stick shift. We were driving once and my friends like have you been in first gear this whole time, im like no thats the fourwheel drive, its automatic. peoples ignorance is quite amazing sometimes.
