My trucks have all been named after characters from the graphic novel / movie "Tank Girl." Tank Girl, Sub Girl, Booga, Camp Koala, etc.
Honestly, it's obscure as all hell, but it's easier to say "Tankie" than "the blue truck", and people get confused as hell when I say "my sixpack" to describe the crewcab. (Notably, my midsection resembles a Sapporo can more than a sixpack
)
Oddly, my Japanese cars have all been named after Star Trek characters involving Denise Crosby
Anyway, point being that it depends if you're going after the character or feeling of the truck (in which case, 'you old beeyotch' succinctly summarizes my feelings towards mine) or just some way to distinguish them.

The brown and white reminds me of a s'more or an ice cream sandwich. Hope this gives you some ideas. Otherwise...I vote for Buford T. Justice.
