Ok so I tore my. 60 down a while ago and now I can't remember where it was. I believe its hub related. When I purchased this it had drive flanges , is it a spacer of some kind ? I am switching to Yukon locking hubs, do I need them?

no, they are not needed for locking hubs, only slugs or drive flanges.

Thanks that's what I thought, i am going to keep some drive flanges handy for a quick trail fix so I probably should throw them in that box as well

Yep they're slug spacers. They are getting kind of rare so don't let them slip away.
