Hence the same reason I journeyed into this thread, the wheelbarrow full of crap drew me in. You're right, it was very beat. I'm the type that doesn't like to see anything go to waste, but I didn't feel bad about cutting up that tub and scrapping it.
More recently, I ended up buying a K10 from a buddy and it's built very similar to how I was planning on building the K5. It's got way less rust too, lol.
