I'm about to start a build on my truggy. It's been down for almost 9mo and I need to know how to narrow the front right. Any pic's and info would be great.

Thanks

Lucas has a great thread about it, search a couple pages back and you'll find it.

I'm hoping to attach my fenders and hood to the rollcage. getting rid of the radiator support and bolting down the radiator to the rollcage and running an electric fan. don't ask me how because I haven't gotten that far...lol

Take pic's and keep me posted. I need ideas.
How did/do you attach the back of the fenders?

The rear fenders, we cut 'em out with a plasma, cut off the inner fender wells, and cut the floor until we could push the fender all the way in. I just don't know if the 44s are going to clear yet. I'm pretty sure they're still going to rub. There's still the possibility of inboarding the springs to cut some more out of the floor. The fenders will attach to the rollcage to make 'em removable.

I found that. Thanks

I was hoping to find some pic's of the support and how to modify the hood.

Like this...:hack: :hack: :grind: :grind: :weld: :weld: :weld:

How much are you wanting to cut out/narrow?

I hope you get going on this...cause mines next and I want something to go by! :haha:

I took 20" out of mine but also 16" from the dash too.... Mounted the rear of my fenders w/ a bolt and nut using a tab from my tubing and ran through top origional mounting hole. The bottom is loose, they dont flop aboout too badly

The hood was a pita! basically took a big pie wedge from the center and rewelded cameout pretty sweet. I had to trim the leading edge off to make it sit properly though... got about 25 hrs in that hood and its still no showpiece!

I always wondered about cutting 12" dead out of the center along the entire length...:dunno:

I'll post pics of what I'm planning on doing with my hood. the thing that's hard is that the paint on the hood is still tits. but once we burn the hood to narrow it, as well as the cowl, I'm going to paint them gloss black with rustoleum and putting all my stickers on there. lol. I'll try to post the pics tomorrow...
