Those crazy Russians had the idea to launch an empty space suit into space on Feb 4th and NASA has made an announcement. They plan to load it up with sensors and a radio transmitter and let it fly from the international space station just to see what happens. It will be transmitting messages and telemetry info on 145.990 Mhz.
You can use NASA's "J-Pass" page to find out when the suitsat will be in your area http://science.nasa.gov/RealTime/JPass/25/JPass.asp
The "SuitSat" batteries are expected to last 2-4 days so don't miss your chance to listen to a little bit of history in the making.
