you should always wash a truck after a good day out screwing around. i dont care about paint but it adds a few hundred pounds to the rig which will hurt gas and components due to wieght, it also insulates everything its sticking to so you will retain alot of heat everyhting that produces heat.

AHH, I never thought about the heat /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
The usual place I go has a water hole that I pass through a few times to remove the majority af mud from the underside ,it sure makes greasing alot nicer job /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

My truck gets washed when it rains or I need to fix something. I'm blow the mud away from the zerks and thats about it. My truck has Zebra Dung and after birth (no really the last mudding I did was in what use to be a Zebra birthing pen) impregnated mud on it from a year ago. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
