Underneath the steering column. If you move the shifter around while turning the key, it should try to start. If that doesn't work, check the fusible link.
and if that doesn't work, make sure you have the ignition wires hooked up on the correct terminals of the starter solenoid,,,i just helped get a persons car "running" after somebody replaced the starter and put the wires on the wrong terminals of the solenoid.
95 first year with new dash style and cluster. i bet its the one on the side of the tranny on the shifter shaft. and if so also plan on new plug ends if switch replacement is in the plans. thay glue them in from the factory and dont like to remove to well.
